Welcome to QuadBikingMarrakech.com, operated by Sunny Excursion Morocco (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking an activity, browsing our website, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. General Information

QuadBikingMarrakech.com provides guided quad biking tours and adventure experiences in Marrakech and surrounding areas, including the Agafay Desert and Palmeraie. All activities are operated by licensed local guides under Moroccan law.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings can be made directly through our website or via our official communication channels (email, WhatsApp, or phone).
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance payable in cash on the day of the activity (unless otherwise agreed).
Prices are listed in euros (€) and may vary depending on season, group size, or private/custom requests.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all details regarding pickup time, location, and itinerary.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity date or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the tour.
In the rare event that we must cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

4. Safety and Participation

Quad biking is an outdoor adventure activity that carries inherent risks. All participants must follow the guide’s safety instructions at all times.
Helmets and safety gear are provided and must be worn during the entire ride.
Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the activity.
The minimum age to drive a quad bike is 16 years (with parental consent if under 18).
Children may participate as passengers if deemed safe by the guide.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to ride.

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, participation in our activities is at your own risk. QuadBikingMarrakech.com, its owners, and partners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings occurring during the activity or transfer.

Participants are advised to carry personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities in Morocco.

6. Transportation

Round-trip transportation from Marrakech is available as:
- Shared shuttle (included) from city center hotels or riads.
- Private transfers for accommodations outside the city (extra charge).
Pickup times and meeting points are confirmed after booking. Delays caused by late arrivals may result in shortened activity time without refund.

7. Photos and Media

During your tour, photos or videos may be taken by our team for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use these materials on our website and social media unless you explicitly request otherwise before the activity.

8. Personal Data

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, email, phone number, etc.) is used solely for booking, communication, and service improvement. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. For details, please read our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
