Your driver collects you from the confirmed pickup point. For a riad in a pedestrian part of the Medina, this is usually an accessible parking area or meeting point rather than the riad door. The drive to Agafay is typically around 35–45 minutes each way, with extra time possible for traffic and shared pickups.

2. Arrive at the desert camp

Receive a welcome tea and settle into the camp. Depending on the arrival time, you can enjoy the surrounding views and take photographs before dinner. The team will guide you through the evening’s arrangements.

3. Enjoy Moroccan dinner and entertainment

Sit down for a Moroccan dinner and enjoy the camp’s evening programme. Music, traditional performances and a fire show are part of the advertised experience; the order and timing of performances can vary. Leave room in your evening to enjoy the meal and show without rushing.

4. Return to Marrakech

After the programme, meet your driver for the return transfer. Allow approximately 4–5 hours overall. Ask us about the expected return time for your date if you have another reservation afterwards.

The online deposit is €50 per booking, not per person. It is deducted from the total. Private transport adds €60 per booking when selected. Pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival; dinner drinks and other personal purchases are separate.

To reserve, choose your date and group size, provide your hotel or riad name and select shared or private transport. Complete the existing PayPal deposit payment after entering your booking details. Our team will confirm your pickup location and time.

Pickup and Practical Information

The form lists 5 pm as an indicative departure. Pickup varies with the season and may be earlier to fit the evening programme. Always follow the exact time and meeting point in your confirmation rather than assuming the same departure all year.

Shared pickup covers Marrakech city centre and accessible meeting points near Medina riads. Hotels outside this area are not automatically included in free shared pickup. Contact us with the hotel name to arrange a city meeting point or confirm private transport.
