Hotel Pickup, Deposits and Booking Your Tour

Shared pickup covers central Marrakech and accessible meeting points. If you are staying in a Medina riad, narrow streets may mean meeting the driver at nearby vehicle access instead of your front door. Provide the full hotel or riad name and check the meeting point in your confirmation.

Accommodation outside the shared pickup area is not automatically covered by free transport. The team can confirm an agreed meeting point or, where available, paid private transport. A private transfer is a transport option; it does not by itself mean the riding group or whole activity is private.

All bookings require a minimum of two participants. Select your package, date and group size, then pay the online deposit shown on that package’s booking form. The deposit is deducted from the booking total, and the remaining balance is paid in cash upon arrival.
