Your access to and use of the Website and Services constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use our Website or Services.

[quadbikingmarrakech.com] is operated by SunnyExcursion, which specializes in providing day trips, tours, and activities in Marrakech and other travel services in Morocco.

1. Modifications to These Terms

We are entitled, in our sole discretion, to update or alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current terms. Your continued use of our Website or Services following the posting of any changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. Reservations & Registration

1. If you book a tour or activity with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and anyone else using our Services in connection with your booking.
2. All reservations or changes to a reservation must be made in writing (via the email address provided on our Website).
3. No reservation or modification can be confirmed or accepted by phone.
4. To confirm your reservation, you will need to provide proof of your deposit payment.

3. Booking Procedures & Payments

1. Once we have agreed on the itinerary and the quoted invoice, we will provide you with the final itinerary details.
2. Your booking is confirmed after we receive an initial deposit (as stated in your invoice). You can pay by Credit Card or PayPal.
3. The remaining balance must be paid in cash (either Moroccan Dirhams or Euros) at the applicable exchange rate on the day of your reservation.

4. Changes to Your Booking

1. You may request to change your booking date, provided you notify us in writing as soon as possible, and we confirm receipt of your request in writing.
2. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested changes without additional fees, but we cannot guarantee that such changes will be possible.
3. If we cannot accommodate the requested changes, you may choose to keep your original booking date or cancel your trip and pay any applicable cancellation fees (see Section 5).

5. Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation fee will depend on how many days prior to the start of your trip we receive your cancellation notice:

• More than 7 days before departure: 100% of your initial payment will be refunded.
• 5–7 days before departure: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 5 days before departure: No refund.

6. Emergencies / Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel your trip in the event of an emergency or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, terrorist attacks, war, riots, fires, adverse weather conditions). In such cases, we will refund any amount you have paid to us. We do not provide additional compensation beyond the refund of any monies already paid.

7. Special Requests

1. If you have any specific requirements that are crucial to your booking—such as dietary restrictions, medical needs, wheelchair assistance, or similar—you must inform us in writing prior to making a reservation.
2. If there are any special requirements we cannot accommodate, we will inform you by email before you finalize your booking.

8. Insurance

1. We do not provide travel or any other form of personal insurance.
2. It is your responsibility to purchase suitable travel insurance to cover possible risks, including delays, illness, cancellation, and baggage damage.
3. We strongly recommend you have comprehensive insurance to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.

9. Our Responsibility

1. We are responsible if any part of your trip itinerary does not meet the standards set out in your confirmed reservation. We will provide reasonable compensation, limited to the amount you have paid us for the affected portion of your tour.
2. We are not responsible for any personal injuries, illnesses, accidents, death, or property loss that may occur during your trip or activities.

10. Travel Documents

1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents. This includes (but is not limited to) a passport valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date in Morocco.
2. Carefully review your travel documents for accuracy regarding names, dates, and other details. Notify us promptly of any errors.
3. You should print and retain all travel documents supplied on the Website.
4. Make sure all required documents and entry visas (if applicable) are in order before your departure date.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

1. We respect your privacy and take the security of your personal data seriously. We will only use your personal information to process your booking and arrange necessary services (such as hotels or other third-party vendors).
2. We may share your travel information with our vendor partners to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip.
3. By using our Services, you consent to this use and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Contact & Complaints

1. Should you experience any issues with our Website, Services, or the information provided, please immediately inform your host/driver or our local team so the matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
2. If the problem cannot be resolved on the spot, you are advised to send a written notification detailing your complaint to info@quadbikingmarrakech.com.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts located in Marrakech.
